Our Prosecco — Taliano Range

Taliano prosecco vineyards

The Collection

Three expressions of Italian craft — each one a window into the soul of Valdobbiadene.

Every bottle tells
a story of two worlds.

The Taliano range is built on a single conviction: that the finest prosecco begins in the vineyard. Our wines are crafted exclusively from Glera grapes grown on the UNESCO-listed hillside terraces of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.

Each expression is designed to carry a distinct character — from the crisp, aperitivo-ready Brut to the complex, vintage-dated Millesimato.

Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage

Fresh green apple, white peach, acacia blossom, and a delicate hint of citrus zest. Light and inviting with a clean mineral lift.

Palate

Crisp and lively on entry, with flavours of pear, green apple, and a whisper of almond on the finish. Fine, persistent bubbles carry the wine to a clean, dry close.

Finish

Clean, refreshing, and elegantly dry. Lingers like an Adriatic sea breeze.

The Craft

The Charmat Method

01

Harvest

Glera grapes are hand-harvested in late September from steep hillside terraces in Valdobbiadene. Only the finest clusters are selected.

02

First Fermentation

The must is gently pressed and undergoes primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the grape's delicate aromatics.

03

Charmat Refermentation

The base wine is transferred to pressurised autoclave tanks with added yeasts and sugars. A second fermentation creates the characteristic fine, persistent bubbles.

04

Filtration & Bottling

The wine is filtered under pressure and bottled cold, locking in the freshness, effervescence, and aromatic character that defines great sparkling wine.

The Grape

Glera — the soul
of Prosecco.

Glera is the white grape variety at the heart of all authentic Prosecco. Native to the Veneto region, it thrives on the steep, well-drained hillside terraces of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene — a landscape awarded UNESCO World Heritage status in 2019.

By law, Prosecco Superiore DOCG must be made from a minimum of 85% Glera. Our Brut and Millesimato are crafted from 100% Glera — a commitment to purity and terroir expression.
